For your safety, all passengers agree to comply with the INTERNAL REGULATIONS and the SAFETY PROCEDURE (presented during the briefing on board) and the instructions of the Bell’Isula crew at all times. These instructions may change depending on weather or navigation conditions, or for any other reason.
Corsica Navigation SAS and the crew cannot be held responsible for any failure by passengers to comply with safety instructions.
Corsica Navigation SAS cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of passengers' belongings during the entire activity.
Corsica Navigation SAS cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellations due to weather conditions.
The photos and videos displayed on the Corsica Navigation SAS website and on our social media are not contractual, as they were taken at a specific time under conditions different from the date of your excursion. These photos and videos remain the property of Corsica Navigation SAS (copyright).
1. Reservations
Reservations can be made on the company website: www.corsica-navigation.fr, or by telephone using the dedicated reservation number.
Passengers must ensure that their mobility and health allow them to participate in the excursions and associated activities, particularly for people with severe disabilities, pregnant women, those who have recently undergone surgery, or those with health problems (back, heart, or other). In such cases, you will need to assess your ability to participate in the activity and/or require assistance (we are available to explain the excursions and activities). People with reduced mobility (wheelchair users) cannot access this offer, as the boat is not adapted.
For swimming activities, you must be able to enter the water and re-enter the boat using the small ladder at the rear.
Any specific health conditions must be declared at the time of booking.
In the event of failure to declare any health conditions at the time of booking, the Captain may refuse boarding to passengers whose condition is deemed incompatible with the excursion, without any refund or compensation being due.
Children aged 3 and over are permitted on board only if accompanied and under the responsibility of their parents. This activity is not suitable for children under 3 years old. Life jackets for children will be provided, at the parents' discretion.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate passengers weighing over 140 kg due to inadequate safety equipment beyond this weight (specifically, life jackets, gangway access, and space on the life raft).
Pets are not allowed on board.
The booking is confirmed upon full payment for the activities offered and private charters.
Meals (food and drinks) served on board or available for purchase on board may contain allergens. Please inform us when booking so we can discuss possible adjustments.
2. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (French VAT), on the Corsica Navigation SAS website, brochures, signs, and advertising posters. Prices are indicative and not contractual. Corsica Navigation SAS reserves the right to change them.
Prices are subject to change without notice by the seller. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed by the customer.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking by credit card. Tickets are not valid for use on any date other than the one booked.
Gift vouchers must be presented upon boarding the ship.
The accepted payment methods on board are: Cash, check (for French citizens), or WERO instant bank transfer. There is no credit card terminal on board.
4. Changes to Excursion Schedules and Duration
Corsica Navigation SAS reserves the right to modify the schedules, which are provided for informational purposes only, depending on weather conditions, sunrise and sunset times, etc.
Corsica Navigation SAS provides indicative departure and arrival times, which may be modified for various reasons (weather conditions, port authority requirements, etc.). Corsica Navigation SAS will not accept any compensation or costs related to direct or indirect damages incurred by passengers in the event of delays or schedule changes.
However, Corsica Navigation SAS undertakes to notify customers as soon as it becomes aware of any schedule changes (by telephone, SMS, email, or directly on board the vessel).
The duration of the excursions is approximate and may vary by up to 30 minutes from the stated duration due to sailing conditions and the type of boat used (sail, motor, or a combination of both).
5. Cancellation Policy
Ticket bookings are cancellable and modifiable (subject to availability) up to 24 hours before the start of the excursion. Less than 24 hours before the start of the excursion, refunds are no longer possible. Please contact us by phone for cancellations or rescheduling: +33 6 86 08 62 58.
For private bookings, cancellations are no longer possible 48 hours before the start of the excursion.
Tickets are non-refundable in case of no-show, regardless of the reason.
Corsica Navigation SAS reserves the right to cancel without prior notice if the minimum number of passengers is not reached, or in the event of force majeure (weather conditions, boat damage, etc.).
This cancellation can only be initiated by the competent authorities, Corsica Navigation SAS, and the Captain. No compensation will be payable. If rescheduling to another date is not possible, Corsica Navigation SAS will reimburse passengers for the amount paid.
6. Boarding Conditions
Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time at the boarding area, with their ticket (paper or electronic) and identification: on the quayside at the foot of the boat, in the Ile-Rousse marina. The excursion begins 15 minutes before the ship's departure, on the dock, during check-in (passenger registration and initial instructions).
Corsica Navigation SAS cannot accept any late passengers out of respect for other passengers. In the event of a late arrival and inability to board, the tickets will be forfeited without recourse.
Passengers must wait for their ticket to be validated and for the approval of the captain or Corsica Navigation SAS staff before boarding or disembarking the ship, to ensure safe boarding.
The captain or Corsica Navigation SAS staff reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger whose physical or mental condition prevents them from boarding.
The ship is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility or severe disabilities.
Bulky items cannot be brought on board (large suitcases, strollers, bicycles, etc.) unless discussed and approved with us beforehand. A maximum of one handbag or backpack per person is permitted (except for unique overnight stays: one suitcase per cabin is allowed) due to space limitations on the boat.
7. Prohibitions
It is forbidden to bring narcotics, alcohol, or food and beverages on board. However, you are allowed to bring your own water bottle or flask.
It is also forbidden to bring recreational items that will not fit in your backpack, as space on the boat is limited.
The boat is equipped with a food and beverage outlet (which may contain allergens). Please inform us of any food allergies before meals.
Animals are not allowed on board.
Smoking, cigars, and electronic cigarettes are prohibited on board.
Children under 3 years of age and minors unaccompanied by an adult are not permitted on board. For overnight stays in a triple cabin, the bunk bed is only available for children aged 3 to 14.
Persons weighing over 140 kg cannot participate in excursions due to a lack of suitable safety equipment (life jackets, access bride and space on a life raft).
These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.
